Lissa Muncer, MSc, CDir, PfMP, PMP, serves as Chair of the Strategic Oversight Committee of the Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute (PMI). She has been a member of the PMI Board of Directors since 2024. A long-standing PMI volunteer, she has served as a chapter leader and has been a member of both the Technology Advisory Group and the PMI Ethics Insight Team.

A global technology and business delivery executive, she brings extensive experience in leading complex business strategies. Over the course of more than two decades, she has delivered critical global portfolios for major organizations, including Vodafone, Unilever, Avanade, and Natura & Co.

Muncer is a business coach and strategist. She has spoken at conferences around the world and regularly participates as a panelist and keynote speaker on successful strategic transformations.

She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa and is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors.
