He founded and managed the Dutch branch of threon, a prominent consulting firm in the Benelux, specializing in strategy realization and fostering project management culture.

Anton is dedicated to advancing project management through education, coaching, and mentoring. He has taught at esteemed institutions like Delft Technical University and has been deeply involved with PMI, co-founding the PMI Netherlands Chapter in 2001 and contributing to global project management communities.
