André Santos is a Project Management professional, certified PMP since 2015, who decided to revamp his career as an independent consultant and change maker.

He started his career in Portugal with a patent to support children with gait pathologies in 2006 and moved to Germany to work in the Aerospace sector. He later worked based in Spain and India to deliver large consortia projects for engineering and R&D companies around the globe. To test the transferability of Project Management skills, he leaped from Engineering to Business Development and Financial Services. He is now leading Projects and Programmes for FTSE100 companies.
