Rafael Marques is Change Manager of Inner Source Platforms at BLIP, the Porto-based office of the Flutter Entertainment Group. With 10 years of experience in the technology field as a computer engineer, he has worked in retail, e-commerce, and digital services before joining BLIP, where he has developed systems used by millions of users worldwide.

He is passionate about communication and leadership—skills that enable him to navigate the transition the market is currently undergoing with AI.

He is one of the key drivers behind the adoption of AI within the Flutter Entertainment Group’s software engineering teams. He developed the training program and serves as an AI trainer within the organization, working with both engineering and management teams.

Currently, he applies his creativity to problem-solving across all aspects and communities of his life, from the digital transformation of small businesses to his own personal organization.
