Managing Partner at Cultiv, a consultancy specializing in communication, creativity, innovation, and event management. He is the author of Impacto – Como Comunicar em Público (Impact – How to Speak in Public, Penguin Random House, 2019), a book that draws on his extensive experience in public speaking and presentation training.

He leads and organizes TEDxPorto, the largest TEDx event in Portugal, bringing some of the most inspiring ideas from Porto and around the world to the stage. He has organized and spoken at more than 280 TEDx events, Ignite talks, speech contests, creative sessions, strategic workshops, and a wide range of other events.

A Toastmaster since 2011, he achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation—the organization’s highest recognition—in 2017. In 2022, he was named Toastmaster of the Year. He currently serves as District Director of District 107, overseeing Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Gibraltar, Andorra, and Algeria.
